PRICE IS $56 FOR THE FIRST 3 HOURS (MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD) AND $8/HOUR FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 12 HOURS.  FINAL PRICE WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE CART BASED ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS SELECTED.

E-BIKES CAN BE RENTED FOR 12 HOURS OR LESS. WE REQUIRE YOU RETURN THE E-BIKE BY 8:00 P.M. THE DAY OF THE RENTAL. WHEN RESERVING E-BIKES ONLINE (IF NOT PART OF A PACKAGE), PLEASE ALWAYS SELECT DAY RENTAL. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FOR SOMEONE OVER 300 lbs. THESE BIKES ARE RATED FOR 300 lbs. OR LESS.

PLEASE PICK A TIME CLOSE TO WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY PICKING UP AND RETURNING THE BIKES.  SO, IF YOU SELECT 9:00 A.M PLEASE BE THERE ON TIME. WE NEED TO PLAN HUMAN RESOURCES ACCORDINGLY.   THANK YOU!

Our bikes will not fit in the trunk of a car or SUV.  Due to multiple instances of damage to our e-bikes, we can no longer offer rentals without proper e-bike transportation. Please consider riding from the store (the bike path is right across the street) or make sure you have a 2-inch hitch or truck bed. We reserve the right to refuse any rental to customers that cannot provide safe and reliable off-site transportation for e-bikes. You can park your car at the store for the duration of the rental if riding from the store.

All of our e-bikes have some resistance to water, but they are not waterproof. Excessive exposure to rain may damage the electric components, such as batteries and controllers. The renter is responsible to protect the e-bikes from excessive exposure to water or damage during transport. We offer free cancellations due to inclement weather, so please cancel your reservations if the weather is not suitable for riding. If the bikes are returned in a non-functional state or damaged, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the cost of the repairs, up to $2,800 which is the average retail value of an e-bike.
